Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our Litchfield, IL facility. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime, while updating CMMS work orders and maintaining equipment records.

You’ll collaborate with operations and contractors, drive safety by following Corteva safety standards, and contribute to reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. A high school diploma/GED is required.

It includes rapid troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues quickly and keep the facility on track to meet production goals. Responsibilities also include managing assets and documentation in the EAM/CMMS system, coordinating planned work and parts, improving PM plans, applying condition-based monitoring, and supporting reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
