You will diagnose issues, implement effective repairs, and minimize downtime while following GMPs and safety protocols. The role requires hands-on skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associates in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in manufacturing; food processing preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems; repair heavy industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to support equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform scheduled maintenance during production downtime to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose equipment issues, determine root causes, and implement repairs or parts replacements.
• Minimize downtime through proactive and responsive maintenance.
• Respond to production line calls and perform emergency repairs during operating hours.
