Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in manufacturing; food processing preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform scheduled maintenance during production downtime to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose equipment issues, determine root causes, and implement repairs or part replacements.
• Minimize downtime through proactive and responsive maintenance.
• Respond to production line calls and perform emergency repairs during hours of operation.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks accurately.
• Assist with general facility maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, infrastructure repairs).
• Identify and report faulty operations, defective materials, and unusual situations to supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
