Job summary
Solatube Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting plant operations by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and production support infrastructure. This role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications
- Must have practical mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance in a manufacturing setting is required.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (LOTO, machine guarding) is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system failures and perform timely repairs.
- Inspect and repair conveyors, HVAC systems, forklifts, and other plant equipment as assigned.
- Document maintenance activities and parts usage in maintenance systems and work orders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
