Premier Aluminum, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support foundry and machining operations. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent equipment failures, taking pride in root-cause solutions and reliable performance.

We offer multiple shifts, a base pay of $26.00+ per hour, and a monthly bonus up to $250 plus a comprehensive benefits package. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least three years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience programming or editing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Repair structures, electrical systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Program or edit Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Respond to breakdowns to restore equipment quickly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on problem solver who enjoys diagnosing challenges, repairing equipment, and finding ways to prevent problems before they happen. Primary Functions

Perform a variety of highly skilled maintenance work to maintain and repair structures, electrical systems and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Seeking a proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.

• Follow all safety regulations and procedures
• Assist Maintenance Manager as needed

Requirements

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements for this position require continuous standing and intermittent walking, bending, sitting, and lifting that may at times be in excess of 50Ibs, up to 100Ibs. The Maintenance Technician should have the physical and mental ability to perform the above necessary job functions while maintaining an exemplary safety record.

Skills and Experience

• Basic math skills – counting, adding, subtracting, multiplication, division
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and the ability to diagnose and repair malfunctions
• In‑depth knowledge of various trades
• Ability to quickly identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Effective communication skills with other technicians, machine operators and management
• At least three years experience in a manufacturing environment
