Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform routine work orders and broad maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances. The role includes on-call rotation and ensuring apartments are market-ready.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work on-site five days a week, and bring HVAC knowledge with EPA/OSHA awareness. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work five days a week on-site, including weekends/holidays.
• HVAC knowledge with certification preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and basic maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine work orders including appliance repair.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Diagnose faults and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Ensure make-ready processes for new move-ins.
