Braden Fellman is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to turn vacant units, complete punch lists, and manage repair requests across intown properties in Charleston, SC. You’ll split time between make-ready tasks (painting, drywall, fixture replacement) and day-to-day plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, with occasional on-call duties.

You’ll work independently, document work orders, and communicate progress to the property team while maintaining safety and neat sites.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years in apartment/residential maintenance or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to manage punch lists and work independently across multiple intown properties.

Mansioni

• Unit turns & punch work: patch drywall, paint, caulk, replace fixtures.
• Respond to resident work orders and diagnose plumbing/electrical/appliance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, common areas, and grounds.
• Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs; EPA cert a plus.
• Document completed work in the work order system and communicate status to the team.
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call for emergencies.
• Maintain shop/tools/inventory and follow safety procedures.
