Braden Fellman is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Atlanta, GA to turn vacant units, handle punch lists, and address day-to-day service requests in occupied homes. You’ll split your time between make-ready work (patching, painting, drywall, hardware) and general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).

• 1–3+ years of experience in apartment/residential maintenance or related trade.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Comfort working independently across multiple intown properties and managing your own punch list.
• Strong customer service instincts and ability to use a smartphone or tablet for work orders.

Responsabilidades

• Unit turns and punch work to prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, common areas, and grounds.
