Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Make Ready technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment units, install appliances, and ensure timely service orders. The role supports curb appeal and safety compliance across properties.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to work independently with strong communication skills. On-call work and lifting requirements are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge.
• Possession of or willingness to obtain HVAC certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain the property's exterior for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA and health/safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
