Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our communities. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition and perform make-ready tasks in line with Peak Living standards.

Typical hours depend on community needs and may require weekends and after-hours emergency services. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of maintenance experience and strong communication skills, with EPA/CPO certifications preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
