Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and make-ready tasks at San Antonio properties. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders from resident requests, and ensure repairs meet safety standards.

Responsibilities include inventory management, grounds upkeep, and documentation of all work. EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required; some evenings, weekends, or travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Complete work orders for resident service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant homes for leasing and coordinate make-ready tasks.
• Access materials and manage inventory per procedures.
• Document work orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and assist with repairs.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Make-ready vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Access materials from maintenance inventory and reorder as needed.
• Document service requests for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and perform cleaning.
• Assist in cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.
