Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to prepare apartments for market readiness under the Community Manager. You may work weekends and after-hours emergencies based on community needs, ensuring units meet Peak Living standards.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, handling work orders, assisting with common area upkeep, and supporting the preventive maintenance program to maintain property equipment. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair basics.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep.
