Job summary

Emerge-Living-LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting apartment communities in Florida. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, handle make-readies, and help maintain grounds and common areas to ensure an excellent resident experience.

You will manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and document tasks while complying with safety standards. A valid driver’s license and EPA Type 1/II-A certifications are required, with potential on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English for work-related purposes.
• Physically able to perform duties with lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify on re-ordering needs.
• Document work and service requests clearly for records and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities including cleaning tasks.
