Job summary

Gateway Lofts Lexington, managed by Coastal Ridge Real Estate, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver timely upkeep and safety for residents. You will handle service requests, turnovers, exterior and pool maintenance, and support on-call rotations with the team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances preferred.
EPA Certification (Type I and II) preferred; may be required in some locations.
Basic English communication to interact with residents and team members.
Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Complete resident service requests promptly, including after-hours and emergencies.
Perform unit turnovers and make-readies for new residents.
Maintain exterior and common areas, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
Perform swimming pool maintenance and ensure health and safety compliance.
Identify and address maintenance issues to minimize disruption.
Adhere to OSHA standards and report hazards.
Use tools efficiently and manage inventory safely.
Collaborate with team and other departments to meet goals.
Maintain professional appearance and uniforms.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
