Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support the maintenance manager and lead a small team on a luxury apartment community. You will handle resident requests, keep common areas clean, and ensure safety standards are met while maintaining site curb appeal.

You must have 2+ years of relevant experience and a high school diploma. Drive a company vehicle when needed and participate in emergency and seasonal tasks as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Strong customer service, time management, and attention to detail.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills; safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work and service orders in a timely manner.
• Assists with upkeep of community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool and other common areas.
• Cleans work area and uses tools safely, following all safety standards.
• Responds to emergency service calls on a rotational basis and handles seasonal tasks.
• Maintains curb appeal and manages pet waste stations and trash removal as needed.
