The Lodge Tower in Vail, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our property in excellent condition. Duties include daily maintenance checks, repairs in condos and common areas, and responding to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

The role requires strong problem-solving and guest-focused communication, with a proactive approach to safety and upkeep. This is a part-time seasonal position with on-site parking and benefits.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and repairs knowledge including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize work orders, and recognize when specialized help is needed.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and preventative maintenance.
• Professional, guest-focused communication and a collaborative attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or on-call as required.

What You’ll Do Includes:

• Perform daily maintenance checks on all departures & arrivals
• Repairs as needed in condos and common areas
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, & staff

They work well with others, communicate professionally with guests and team members, and understand that quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a proactive approach contribute directly to the guest and owner experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with insurance requirements.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet applicable driving eligibility requirements.
