East West Hospitality is hiring a Guest Services Agent Bell/Valet for Lodge Tower in Vail Village. The role is on-site with $20/hour plus tip potential and a full-time schedule, including rotating Saturdays.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with a valid U.S. driver’s license, a high school diploma, and strong guest service skills. Bell/valet experience and knowledge of Vail Village are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ by start date.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean background check.

• Detail-oriented and organized approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bell/valet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering/retrieving luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Assist with Concierge tasks.
• Make, modify, and confirm reservations (restaurant, transportation, activities).
• Log and deliver packages (mail).
• Assist around lobby and kitchen.

Looking for an active, guest-facing role with great earning potential? Lodge Tower is hiring a Guest Services Agent Bell/Valet to join our Guest Services team in the heart of Vail Village. If you enjoy staying on the move, delivering standout service, and helping guests make the most of their mountain getaway, this is your chance to be part of a premier Vail lodging experience.

Duties Include:

• Delivering/ Retrieving luggage to and from guest rooms
• Assistant with some Concierge tasks
• Making, changing, and confirming reservations (Restaurant, transportation, babysitting, activities, etc.)
• Logging and delivering packages (mail)
• Help around the lobby and kitchen

• Important Driving Requirement This position includes shuttle driving as a regular job responsibility. Due to the driving requirements, this role is not suitable for J-1 Work Travel participants.
