ESFM is seeking a Maintenance Technician LC in Florence, KY for a full-time role. You will work on electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, and related equipment, providing field leadership and ensuring quality maintenance.

Requirements include four years of skilled trade schooling, five years' institutional maintenance experience, and a journeyman license. Competitive pay is $32.50 per hour with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling.
• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting.
• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Performs and supervises complex repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Reads and transmits detailed maintenance instructions in writing.
• Maintains logs, rounds, work orders, tests and inspections.
• Leads a team of workers on projects.
• Supports emergency response and preventive maintenance initiatives.

Education

Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling

Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting

Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade

Tools

Journeyman licenses or EPA certification
