The Building Engineer – Liquid Cooling at Compass Group USA’s ESFM division in Florence, KY, is responsible for hands-on operation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical cooling systems in a mission-critical environment. Job Summary
The Building Engineer – Liquid Cooling is responsible for the hands‑on operation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical mechanical and cooling systems within a mission‑critical environment. This role supports the reliability of chilled water and liquid cooling infrastructure by performing equipment rounds, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and system monitoring. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical experience with chilled water systems, pumps, hydronic systems, HVAC controls, and BAS/BMS platforms, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to alarms, equipment issues, and changing operating conditions.
