Qualifications

• Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling.
• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting in an engineering or maintenance discipline.
• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Supervise and lead a team on projects.
• Read and transmit complex instructions, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain logs, rounds, and work orders; complete tests and inspections.
• Analyze and correct complex building system problems.
