Job Description

Job Brief: Maintenance Personnel Level II are responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency of the entire facility in a safe and efficient manner. Their daily responsibilities include building and equipment repair as well as preventative maintenance. They communicate challenges with their supervisor to ensure all maintenance requirements are met.

Responsibilities

1. All responsibilities related to the Level I position.
2. Work independently depending on the project complexity.
3. Collaborate with employees across departments to improve productivity.
4. Ensure materials and supplies are stocked, and equipment is safe and in working order.
5. Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions of equipment.
6. Troubleshoot AC/DC motors, motor controls, VFDs, and control systems.

Maintenance Personnel Level I Responsibilities

1. Inspect and repair the building to maintain cleanliness and order.
2. Maintain landscaping and grounds equipment.
3. Repair machinery following manufacturer recommendations.
4. Clean, change filters, and lubricate machinery.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental requirements.
6. Maintain records of work performed, repairs, and materials used.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Industrial maintenance experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Basic communication, math, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50-55 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety policies.
