Riverstone Communities is seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician for our Moundsview Mobile Home Park in Mounds View, MN. The role focuses on plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping tasks to maintain properties and support residents.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general labor experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance.
• 1–2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Ability to be active—walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing tasks such as repairing faucets and toilets and diagnosing leaks.
• Handle electrical tasks like fixtures, outlets, breakers, and lightbulbs.
• Maintain curb appeal through groundskeeping and seasonal landscaping.
• Complete home cleanouts and finish work orders promptly.
• Read water meters for each home and follow safety regulations.
