Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician for our Apple Valley Mobile Home Park in Sugar Hill, GA. This full-time role offers a steady 40-hour week, with on-site responsibilities including plumbing, electrical tasks, and grounds maintenance to keep properties up to Riverstone Communities’ standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of general labor experience including groundskeeping and property maintenance.
• 1-2 years of basic residential plumbing experience.
• Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing tasks such as repairing faucets and toilets and diagnosing water leaks.
• Handle electrical tasks like fixtures, GFCIs, outlets and breakers.
• Maintain curb appeal and groundskeeping to Riverstone Communities’ standards.
• Complete home cleanouts and finish work orders promptly.
• Read water meters and perform daily duties with minimal supervision.
