Job summary

Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our property at Lee, Lincoln and Heritage, Hastings, NE. This role supports our residents and helps maintain quality housing in a community-focused environment.

The Maintenance Technician will respond to repair requests promptly, prepare units for move-ins, and contribute to a strong customer service culture. HVAC certification is preferred and 2+ years of HVAC experience are beneficial in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins.
• Deliver superior customer service to residents.

Job Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Must Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certified
• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience

Compensation

$23-25

• Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
