Job summary

Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our property at The Launchpad in Colorado Springs, CO. Join a teammate-focused culture and help deliver excellent resident service by addressing repair requests promptly and preparing units for move-ins.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience, is able to lift 25 lbs+, holds a valid driver's license, and can work after-hours emergencies. We offer competitive pay and benefits as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certified
• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience

Compensation*

$23-24

*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
