Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. seeks a Maintenance Technician for Holiday Gardens in Grand Island, Nebraska. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs, and prepare vacant units for move-ins, delivering reliable, friendly service to our residents.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience, can lift 25 lbs repeatedly, hold a valid driver’s license, and own basic tools or smartphone tech. HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.
• HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins.
• Deliver superior customer service to residents.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certified
• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience

Compensation*

$19-$21
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
