Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical/electrical repairs.
Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
Intermediate proficiency with PLC.
Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Effective communication in writing and speaking; Perdue QEW certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians and lead execution of planned work.
Coach and mentor technicians; support onboarding and Perdue values.
Provide real time direction to associates per policies and procedures.
Plan resources to meet productivity and quality goals.
Improve efficiency of processes and maintain documentation and reports.
Comply with safety requirements and work schedules; travel to nearby sites as needed.
