Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Intermediate proficiency with PLC.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning to achieve increasing levels of expertise.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Maintain Perdue Farms QEW Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance tasks and guide a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Lead team to deliver all planned work; coach and mentor daily.
• Provide real-time direction to associates in line with policies.
• Plan and allocate resources to staff and accomplish work goals.
• Improve efficiency of processes to enhance speed, quality and output.
• Maintain records and prepare clear oral and written reports.
