Qualifications

• High level maintenance experience on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging expertise required.
• PLC experience is preferred and advantageous.
• Commitment to continuous learning and documentation of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly technically complex tasks with independence and sound judgment.
• Diagnose and repair complex machinery and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Support operators and collaborate with production teams to improve reliability.
• Help with troubleshooting equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and report anomalies.
• Follow safety and quality protocols to exceed standards.
• Observe all safety precautions and maintain records and reports.
• Work all required schedules and maintain clean documentation.
