Job summary

Roundhouse in Utah is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties in top condition. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa repairs, respond to work orders, and ensure safety and code compliance.

You bring at least one year of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-service skills. This full-time role includes on-call duties and a competitive hourly rate, with standard health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year in general maintenance and repair work.
• Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep, repair, and overall health of the property.
• Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pools.
• Respond quickly to work orders and complete with high quality.
• Walk the property to catch maintenance issues and ensure safety compliance.
• Keep records of work, materials, hours, and status; participate in after-hours on-call.
