Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment units and common areas.

You will respond to resident service requests in under three hours, troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues, and uphold the Wasatch brand with an owner's mindset. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, customer-service driven, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, pools.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems Plumbing Appliances Flooring Carpentry Heating and air systems Pools
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies

Benefits and Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $15.80 - 21.38 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
• Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
