Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience maintaining electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, or pools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
