Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment units and common areas at our US communities.

You will respond to resident requests within 3 hours, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC issues, and maintain high safety and resident satisfaction standards. The position offers $17.00–$20.00/hour, benefits, PTO, and rent discounts. Weekend and on-call coverage may be required.

• 1+ year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/air systems, and pools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and on-call emergencies.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies.

Benefits and Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - 20.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
