Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to keep apartments and common areas in top condition at Bermuda Estates in Ormond Beach, FL. You’ll tackle repairs, painting, HVAC support, and preventative maintenance while supporting a team that serves residents with pride.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, safety, and flexibility, including weekends and on-call shifts. A strong work ethic and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks.
• Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride—because your work matters.
