Job summary

Brookdale in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain interior and exterior spaces across our communities. You will service HVAC, elevator and fire/sprinkler systems, generators, and related equipment to keep residents comfortable and safe.

You will address scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requests, performing timely repairs while following all regulations. Strong communication with residents and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance technicians perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators.
• Ability to communicate with building staff and residents.

Responsibilities
