Job summary

CKI Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and walk-ins. You will perform planned maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and promote high CSAT levels on every service call.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work overtime and on call as needed.
• Strong technical and electrical aptitude.
• Hand tools and a can-do attitude.
• Must pass a satisfactory background screening.
• 1–5+ years cleaning and maintaining commercial ovens, fryers, walk-ins, ice machines, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance on commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Act as brand ambassador on every call and collaborate with service team.
• Own truck profitability and ensure CSAT scores stay high.
• Maintain timely completion of work orders from on-site to closeout.
