1. Complete all preventive maintenance activities assigned by supervisor.
2. Oil, grease, and clean all areas as needed through work orders.
3. Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as generated by work orders.
4. Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met.
5. May be assigned additional tasks, programs, or training due to job upgrades as assessed by management.
6. Responsible for reviewing and/or performing the following maintenance documents:

• Power House - Daily PM Checks
• Air Compressor - Monthly PM Checks
• Floor Sweeper - Monthly PM Checks
• Thermolator - Monthly PM Checks
• Dryers - Monthly PM Checks
• IMM Daily and Monthly PM Checks
• Robots Monthly PM Checks
• IMM Quarterly PM Checks
• Floor Scrubber Monthly PM Checks
• Sprinkler System Quarterly Checks
• Conveyor Weekly Checks
• Vacuum Pump Monthly Checks
• Assembly Fixture Verification – Daily

Follow work instructions related to the above, including completion of work orders and equipment predictive maintenance setup.

Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisor or management.

Possess basic knowledge of TS16949 standards and understand the company's Quality Policy.

Follow safety rules, report safety issues and injuries, regardless of severity.

Maintain plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards.
