• Thermoforming experience preferred.

How You'll Perform the Role

• Perform various duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.


• Provides emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.


• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on production machinery.


• Diagnose equipment failures.


• Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

What We Need From You

• Eligible to work in the United States.


• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.


• Work overtime as required.


• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role in a manufacturing environment. Thermoforming experience preferred.


• Electrical training/experience with 480 3 phases/machine controls.


• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including: electrical circuits, pneumatics, motors, VFDs, gearboxes, vacuum pumps, compressors, refrigerated dryers, chillers, etc.


• Utilize troubleshooting methods and analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions. Read and interpret drawings, schematics and diagrams to locate components, diagnose problems and perform repairs.


• Experience operating forklift equipment. Mathematical aptitude and basic computer skills are required.


• Lifting requirement up to 50 pounds. Able to work at heights, climb ladders, crouch, stoop, kneel, use of hands, visual acuity are position requirements.
