Job summary

E-S Plastic Products LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a maintenance technician to keep all molding and support equipment running smoothly on the production floor. The role requires performing preventive maintenance, reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams, and maintaining the plant's equipment and systems.

You will also handle work orders, part sourcing, and vendor coordination, while contributing to continuous improvement projects and general facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing preferred.
• Injection molding experience is a plus.
• Plumbing experience is desirable.
• Familiar with industrial electricity and a multimeter.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic diagrams.
• General fabrication skills (cutting, welding, brazing).
• Proficient with measuring devices (calipers, micrometers).
• Technical training is a plus; strong mechanical aptitude, math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep of molding and support equipment.
• Check in with plant manager each morning to review the day's schedule.
• Fill out work orders and schedules in the maintenance system; handle data entry.
• Assist with part ordering and vendor relationships for parts and equipment.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Support general building maintenance and coordinate with outside services as needed.
