Responsibilities

• Identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in molding units and peripheral gear.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance tasks on plant infrastructure and machinery to ensure longevity.
• Address machinery failures promptly to help keep production lines running efficiently.
• Service hydraulic parts such as cylinders, valves, pumps, and hoses.
• Analyze electrical problems related to sensors, controls, wiring, and motors.
• Support the team by helping with facility upkeep and the relocation or installation of equipment.
• Keep precise maintenance logs and assist in the organization of spare parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, such as lockout/tagout, to foster a secure work environment.
• Work alongside engineering and production staff to enhance the overall reliability of our equipment.
