Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift

Full-Time | 3rd Shift | Manufacturing

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team. This hands-on position is responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication.

The ideal candidate has prior industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience and can independently troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, and help minimize production downtime.

• Strong mechanical skills and ability to diagnose equipment problems.

• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed.

Optional:

• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance training.
• Forklift experience.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and move heavier items with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders and work around machinery.
• Ability to work in tight or confined areas.
• Ability to wear required PPE.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with production machinery, equipment, welding operations, noise, materials, and chemicals. Strong attention to safety and safe work practices is required.
