Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, work orders, and equipment documentation.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment repairs.
• Read and follow work orders, instructions, prints, and technical information.
• Determine the tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete repairs.
• Assist with equipment installation, modifications, and improvements.
• Identify and address equipment issues to minimize production downtime.
• Work with maintenance personnel, production employees, and outside contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE requirements.
• Operate a forklift when trained and authorized.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
