Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and facility systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations on the production line. You will perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, document work orders, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, plus problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Experience as a maintenance technician or similar in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong reading and interpretation of manuals, schematics, and blueprints; solid problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
• Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role supports the production team by minimizing downtime and performing preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, etc.).

• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial machinery.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions

• Industrial/manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and chemicals.
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, and occasional heavy physical work.
• Adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.
