Hayes Gibson is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across our properties. This full-time role involves responding to work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

You will inspect sites, document findings, and address issues promptly while adhering to safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach to maintenance challenges.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Customer service focus with timely, professional responses to resident requests.
• Experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues by diagnosing problems and completing necessary repairs.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
