Job summary

Hayes-Gibson-Property-Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems across our properties in Bloomington, IN. This full-time role emphasizes safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction.

You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, inspect facilities, and ensure compliance with safety standards while providing excellent customer service to residents.
