Hayes Gibson is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and facilities at our properties. The role focuses on keeping residents safe and comfortable while supporting strong cash flow and retention.

You will diagnose issues, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and respond to work orders with a service-oriented mindset. On-call availability and on-site duties are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail in maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Customer service focus with prompt maintenance responses.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
