Bigos Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform installation troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across the property portfolio.

You will work with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure units are rent-ready and common areas meet standards. The role requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems, with duties spanning repairs, inspections, and safety compliance, while supporting our employee-first culture and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA degree or certification in mechanical, HVAC, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential property settings.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.

Responsabilités

• Complete all maintenance work orders promptly.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, boilers) and perform repairs.
• Assist Property Manager with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Zone Building Engineer on major projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and manage tools/inventory.
• Perform groundskeeping and winter snow removal tasks.
• Ensure safety and compliance with training requirements.
