Job summary

The Hershey Company, Memphis plant, is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to provide mechanical and electrical support, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

You will mentor junior technicians, participate in safety and preventive maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Requires 3+ years in maintenance, experience with SAP-PM, and a strong understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance, electrical, and/or technical experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Autonomous Maintenance, and TPM preferred.
• Experience with SAP-PM or another CMMS preferred.
• Practical knowledge reading schematics and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support to production lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
• Mentor Tech II/ Tech I and operators in troubleshooting and optimization.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and preventive maintenance activities.
