Job summary

The Hershey Company Memphis plant is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II to maintain and optimize our high-speed manufacturing equipment.

Ideal candidates will have strong electrical and mechanical skills, experience with preventive maintenance, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime; starting pay is $36.05 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential and eligibility for the Manufacturing Incentive Plan (MIP).

Qualifications

• Electrical theory and practical knowledge for maintenance.
• Mechanical skills to maintain and repair production equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Plan preventive maintenance and monitor inventory.
• Support plant electrical and mechanical reliability improvements.
