Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a Maintenance Technician III to keep our Fernley facility running safely and efficiently. You will work on producing roofing materials and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, diagnosing complex equipment issues, and mentoring peers.

You should be proficient with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC systems, and capable of supporting uptime and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of industrial multi-craft maintenance experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, heating, and cooling systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
